I understand that a counter check issued by Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is identical to a personal check and may be deposited in or presented for payment to my bank or other financial institution. I am aware that this application is required by the regulations of the New York State Gaming Commission. I authorize Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady to conduct such investigations pertaining to the above information as it deems necessary for approval of my counter check limit. I acknowledge and agree that Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is relying on the information provided herein in making decisions related to the extension of a counter check limit and I represent and warrant that the information provided herein is true and accurate in all respects.
